Highlights from the study include: Medical trend beats national benchmarks – according to Milliman’s 2023 study, the one-year and two-year annualized medical trend nationally were 6.4% and 5.4% respectively, in contrast to trend of just 4.0% (one-year) and 3.1% (two-year) for PayMedix member employers What it means: PayMedix member rates are rising at an annual rate that is approximately 40% lower than the national average.
